There's news from Loaded. The new Icarus is now available. An innovative board for cruising, carving and pumping. In terms of dimensions, it is a little more compact than the Tan Tien. The wheelbase forms the golden mean between Tan Tien and Dervish. The structure is unparalleled and consists of a vertically laminated bamboo core and triaxial glass fiber on the top and bottom. The graphic is on a layer of cork veneer. Vibrations are thus reduced to a minimum. Another special feature are the separately pressed, particularly deep wheelwells for maximum wheel clearance. For example, you can mount the popular 80mm cones under the board. The concave is quite strong, but creates an extremely comfortable and secure standing feeling. The Icarus has strong camber and a variable concave that becomes stronger towards the middle. Nose and tail kicks are available and make the board even more versatile. The drop-through assembly lowers the center of gravity and ensures more relaxed pushing. The board is available in two different flex levels. We tested the board and are enthusiastic about the powerful and snappy flex.
